§ 38-32. Charge imposed.

In compliance with O.C.G.A. § 46-5-134(d)(2), a 911 system charge in the amount of $1.50 per month is imposed upon each exchange access facility and same shall be billed to each subscriber of any exchange from which E-911 service is available from the county. This section shall be retro-active to January 1, 2013, and will remain in full force and effect until further action by the county board of commissioners.
